CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Winery OPG Jakša Bedalov (hereinafter "the Winery") and applies to all reservations and services booked by the Guest through the Winery. Cancellation of reservations and services is subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST

Cancellation Before the Scheduled Service Date

If the Guest wishes to cancel a reservation or service, they must send a written notice to the Winery via email at vina.bedalov@gmail.com. The date the Winery receives the cancellation request will be considered the official cancellation date.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

7 DAYS or more before the scheduled service date: The total amount paid will be refunded, minus a 5% administrative fee of the total booking price.

Less than 7 DAYS before the scheduled service date: 100% of the total booking price will be charged (no refund).

Rescheduling a Reservation or Service

A change of date is considered a cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon with the Winery.

No-Show Policy

If the Guest fails to attend the reservation or service without prior notice, they are not entitled to a refund.

3. CANCELLATION BY THE WINERY

The Winery reserves the right to cancel a reservation or service due to the following reasons:

Issues related to third-party service providers.

Force majeure events (e.g., war, natural disasters, epidemics, safety concerns).

In the event of cancellation by the Winery, the Guest has the right to: ✔ A full refund within 10 days. ✔ A rescheduled reservation for the same or a higher-quality service, if available. The Winery is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Guest due to cancellation.

4. SPECIAL CANCELLATION TERMS

Certain reservations or services may be subject to stricter cancellation policies. If applicable, the Guest will be informed of such conditions at the time of booking.

5. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction within 10 business days from the date the refund request is received. Administrative fees and non-refundable charges (e.g., booking fees or service fees) are not included in the refund.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

This Cancellation Policy takes effect on January 24, 2025, and applies to all reservations or services booked after this date. The Winery reserves the right to update or amend this policy, and any changes will be communicated via publication on the Winery’s official website.
